IMPORTANT NOTICE: By signing this document, you are agreeing to assume all risks associated with participation in yoga classes at Yoga Fest. You are also waiving important legal rights. Please read carefully before signing.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity that may include, but is not limited to, stretching, bending, balancing, and other movements that may cause physical strain. I understand that participation in yoga may carry risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury (e.g., muscle strain, sprains, or fractures).

• Emotional or mental stress.

• Other unforeseeable risks inherent in physical activity.

I confirm that I am in good health, have consulted a physician if necessary, and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in yoga or other event activities.

2. Release of Liability

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in yoga classes and activities at Yoga Fest, and I agree to release and hold harmless:

• Love Letters OXO, its owners, employees, and agents.

• The yoga instructors leading the classes.

• The venue and its owners, employees, and agents.

This release includes any claims for injury, loss, or damage arising out of negligence, breach of contract, or any other cause of action.

3. Agreement Not to Sue

I agree not to bring any legal action against Love Letters OXO, the yoga instructors, or the venue for any injuries, losses, or damages I may experience as a result of participating in Yoga Fest.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love Letters OXO, the yoga instructors, and the venue for any claims, damages, or costs, including legal fees, arising from my participation in Yoga Fest.

5. Photography and Media Release

I understand that photographs or videos may be taken during Yoga Fest for promotional purposes. By signing this waiver, I grant Love Letters OXO permission to use my likeness in any promotional materials without compensation.

6. Binding Agreement

This waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns. If any portion of this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

7. Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Love Letters OXO or its agents to obtain medical treatment for me and agree to release them from any liability for such treatment.

FOR MINORS (Under 18 years old):

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the participant named above, consent to their participation in Yoga Fest and agree to the terms of this waiver on their behalf.
